Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains when and how refunds, returns, and exchanges can be processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

It must be in the original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.).

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
You can change the 14 days to your real delay.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, or due to the nature of the product, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital products / downloadable items

Customized or made-to-order products

Items marked “Final sale” or “Clearance”
If an item is not returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
3. Return Process

Items sent back to us without prior authorization may be refused.
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We refund product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your support email] and we will tell you how to proceed.
If you want a different size/color/model (and it’s not our mistake), you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.
8. Sale / Promotion Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items cannot be refunded. If accepted, they may be refunded in store credit only.
9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we provide you with a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
